I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in the Noxubee Titans Sports League: I understand the risks associated with sports activities and release the Noxubee Titans Organization from liability for any injuries or damages. I consent to the use of photographs or footage for marketing purposes and acknowledge that equipment provided must be returned after the season. Failure to return the equipment may result in exclusion from the awards ceremony. I understand that parents' names and images may be used in promotional material without further consent. By signing this form, I waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
Thanks for registering, The registration fee covers helmet, shoulder pads, mouth guard, and uniform. Parents will be reponsoble for white practice jersey and black cleats. Socks will be abailable on the website. A representative will contact you via text soon.
